CORRECTION OF ENROLLED BILL H. R. 14689

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concwring)^ That the Clerk of the House be authorized to make the following correction in the enrollment of the bill H.R. 14689: On page 2, line 19, strike out the word "mayor" and insert in lieu thereof the word "manager." P a s s e d December 19, 1974.

CORRECTION OF ENROLLED BILL S. 356

Resolved by the Senate {the House of Representatives concurring)^ That the Secretary of the Senate is authorized and directed, in the enrollment of S. 356, An Act to provide disclosure standards for written consumer product warranties against defect or malfunction; to define Federal content standards for such warranties; to amend the Federal Trade Commission Act in order to improve its consumer protection activities, and for other purposes, to make the following technical correction: Section 1 8 (e)(3)(A), as inserted by section 202(a) of the Conference Report on such bill, is amended to read as follows: " (A) the court finds that the Commission's action is not supported by substantial evidence in the rulemaking record (as defined in paragraph (1)(B) of this subsection) taken as a whole, or". Agreed to December 19, 1974.

CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES POCKET-SIZE EDITION

Resolved ty the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That there shall be printed as a House document the Constitution of the United States (pocket-size edition), as amended through July 5, 1971, and there be printed two hundred seventy-two thousand five hundred additional copies of such document, of which two hundred twenty-one thousand shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and fiftyone thousand five hundred shall be for the use of the Senate. P a s s e d December 20, 1974.

CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES AND DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE

Resolved by the House of Representatives {the Senate concurring)^ That the Constitution of the United States, as amended to July 1, 1971, together with the Declaration of Independence, be printed as a House document, with an index, in such form and style as may be directed by the Joint Committee on Printing, and that there be printed two hundred and seventy-two thousand five hundred additional copies of such document, of which two hundred and twenty-one thousand shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and fifty-one thousand five hundred shall be for the use of the Senate.
