AN ACT To impose overall limitations on campaign expenditures and political contributions; to provide that each candidate for Federal oflRce shall designate a principal campaign committee; to provide for a single reporting responsibility with respect to receipts and expenditures by certain political committees; to change the times for the filing of reports regarding campaign expenditures and political contributions; to provide for public financing of Presidential nominating conventions and Presidential primary elections; and for other purposes 93-444 Piscataway Park, Md., preservation and protection. AN ACT To amend the Act of October 4, 1961, providing for the preservation and protection of certain lands known as Piscataway Park in Prince Georges and Charles Counties, Maryland, and for other purposes 93-445 Railroad Retirement Act of 1937, amendment. AN ACT To enable the Secretary of the Interior to provide for the operation, maintenance, and continued construction of the Federal transmission system in the Pacific Northwest by use of the revenues of the Federal Columbia River Power System and the proceeds of revenue bonds, and for other purposes 93-455 Uniformed services, claims settlement. AN ACT To amend the Military Personnel and Civilian Employees' Claims Act of 1964, as amended, with respect to the settlement of claims against the United States by members of the uniformed services and civilian officers and employees for damage to, or loss of, personal property incident to their service 93-456 State of New York, land conveyance.
