"; and that five hundred and sixty-six thousand additional copies be printed, of which four hundred and forty-two thousand shall be for the use of the House of Representatives and one hundred and three thousand shall be for the use of the Senate, and one thousand shall be for the use of the House Committee on Rules and twenty thousand shall be for the use of the Joint Committee on Printing.
