Public Law 94-26 94th Congress An Act May 27, 1975 [H.R. 4269] Guam and the Virgin Islands.

To amend the Organic Act of Guam and the Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands.

Be it enacted by the Senate amd House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, GUAM

1. The Organic Act of Guam (48 U.S.C. 1421 and following) is amended by inserting after section 34 the following new section: "SEC. 35. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the clerk hire allowance and the transportation expenses subject to reimbursement under Federal law of the Delegate from Guam to the United States House of Representatives shall each be the same as allowed for Members of the United States House of Representatives.". SECTION

SEC. 2. The Revised Organic Act of the Virgin Islands (48 U.S.C. 1541 and following) is amended by inserting after section 14 the following new section: "SEC. 15. Notwithstanding any other provision of law, the clerk hire allowance and the transportation expenses subject to reimbursement under Federal law of the Delegate from the Virgin Islands to the United States House of Representatives shall each be the same as allowed for Members of the United States House of Representatives.". Approved May 27, 1975.
