PUBLIC LAW 94-122—OCT. 21, 1975 nished by the Senators, Representatives, and Delegates in Congress, as they shall direct (7 U.S.C. 417), and not less than two hundred thirtytwo thousand two hundred and fifty copies for the use of the Senate and House of Representatives of part 2 of the annual report of the Secretary (known as the Yearbook of Agriculture) as authorized by 44 U.S.C. 1301: Provided, That in the preparation of motion pictures or exhibits by the Department, this appropriation shall be available for employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225). For "Departmental Administration" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, including not to exceed $8,750 for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $3,907,000, of which $1,091,000 shall be available for the Office of Communication and, of which total appropriation not to exceed $268,000 may be used for farmers' bulletins, which hereafter shall be adapted to the interests of the people of the different sections of the country, an equal proportion of four-fifths of which shall be available to be delivered to or sent out under the addressed franks furnished by the Senators, Representatives, and Delegates in Congress, as they shall direct (7 U.S.C. 417): Provided, That in the preparation of motion pictures or exhibits by the Department, this appropriation shall be available for employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225). For necessary expenses of the Office of the Inspector General, including employment pursuant to the second sentence of section 706(a) of the Organic Act of 1944 (7 U.S.C. 2225), and not to exceed $10,000, for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $16,455,000 and in addition, $6,094,000 shall be derived by transfer from the appropriation, "Food Stamp Program" and merged with this appropriation. For "Office of the Inspector General" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, including not to exceed $2,500, for employment under 5 U.S.C. 3109, $4,114,000, and in addition $1,524,000 shall be derived by transfer from the appropriation, "Food Stamp Program" and merged with this appropriation.
