Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That paragraph (1) Alaska Higlmay. of subsection (a) of section 218 of title 23, United States Code is Reconstruction, amended to read as follows: right-of-way. "(1) will provide, without participation of funds authorized under this title, all necessary right-of-way for the reconstruction of such highways;". Approved December 12, 1975
