For carrying out the W h i t e House Conference on Handicapped Individuals Act, $1,370,000, to remain available until June 30, 1977, and for c a r r y i n g out the Developmentally Disabled Assistance and Bill of R i g h t s Act, $55,625,000, of which $18,500,000 shall be provided from funds otherwise available for fiscal year 1976 for developmental disabilities service projects.
