PUBLIC LAW 94-419—SEPT. 22, 1976 CENTRAii INTELLIGENCE AGENCY RETIREMENT AND DISABILITY
Short title.
FUND
For payment to the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability Fund, to maintain proper funding level for continuing the operation of the Central Intelligence Agency Retirement and Disability System, $28,300,000, subject to the enactment of legislation authorizing such payment. This Act may be cited as the Department of Defense Appropriation Act, 1977". Approved September 22, 1976.
