SEC. 10. That nothing in this Act contained shall be construed as preventing the Congress from amending, annulling, or repealing the same or any part thereof. SEC. 11. The provisions of sections 2 and 3 of the Act of August 30, 1964 (Public Law 88-504; sections 2 and 3, 73 Stat. 636; 36 U.S.C. 78 Stat. 636. 1102, 1103) entitled "An Act to provide for audit of accounts of private corporations established under Federal law" shall apply with respect to the corporation. Approved March 29, 1976.
