PUBLIC LAW 94-206—JAN. 28, 1976 of title VII and part A of title VIII and shall remain available until expended and not to exceed $100,000,000 for title X VI shall remain available through September 30, 1978: Provided, That, in addition, $42,000 may be transferred to this appropriation, as authorized by section 201(g) of the Social Security Act from any one or all of the trust funds referred to therein: Provided further, That not to exceed $74,260,000 shall be available and expended for medical facilities construction authorized under title XVI of the Public Health Service Act. For "Health resources" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $78,255,000: Provided, That in addition, $11,000 may be transferred to this appropriation, as authorized by section 201(g) of the Social Security Act from any one or all of the trust funds referred to therein. To carry out section 1622 of the Public Health Service Act, $10,000,000 shall be available without fiscal year limitation for the payment of interest subsidies. For the "Medical facilities guarantee and loan fund," for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $7,000,000 to remain available until expended. For the payment of such insufficiencies as may be required by the trustee on account of outstanding beneficial interest or participations in the Health Professions Education Fund assets or Nurse Training Fund assets, authorized by the Department of Health, Education, and Welfare Appropriation Act, 1968, to be issued pursuant to section 302(c) of the Federal National Mortgage Association Charter Act, $164,000, and for payment of amounts pursuant to section 744(b) or 827(b) of the Public Health Service Act to schools which borrow any sums from the Health Professions Education Fund or Nurse Training Fund, $3,836,000: Provided, That the amounts appropriated herein shall remain available until expended. The Secretary is hereby authorized to make such expenditures, within the limits of funds available in the Health Professions Education Fund and the Nurse Training Fund, and in accord with law, and to make such contracts and commitments without regard to fiscal year limitation as provided by section 104 of the Government Corporation Control Act, as amended, as may be necessary in carrying out the programs set forth in the budget for the current fiscal year and for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976.
