For construction of platform and seating stands and for salaries and expenses of conducting the inaugural ceremonies of the President and Vice President of the United States, January 20, 1977, in accordance with such program as may be adopted by the joint committee authorized by concurrent resolution of the Senate and House of Representatives, $825,000, to remain available through September 30, 1977.

AMERICAN INDIAN POLICY REVIEW COMMISSION

Not to exceed $100,000 of the funds heretofore appropriated under this heading for the fiscal year 1976 shall remain available until June 30, 1977. CONTINGENT EXPENSES OF THE HOUSE JOINT COMMITTEE ON INTERNAL REVENUE TAXATION

For an additional amount for "Joint Committee on Internal Revenue Taxation", $75,000. For an additional amount for "Joint Committee on Internal Revenue Taxation" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $18,800. CAPITOL GUIDE SERVICE

For an additional amount for "Capitol Guide Service", $37,100, to be disbursed by the Secretary of the Senate: Provided, That notwithstanding the provisions of Public Law 94-59, the Sergeant at Arms 89 Stat. 269. and Doorkeeper of the Senate and the Sergeant at Arms of the House each, subject to approval of the Capitol Guide Board, may appoint not to exceed ten additional temporary guides at an annual rate of compensation not to exceed $11,130 during the period May 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976. For an additional amount for "Capitol Guide Service" for the period July 1, 1976, through September 30, 1976, $55,650, to be disbursed by the Secretary of the Senate.
