PUBLIC LAW 94-527—OCT. 17, 1976 Montana, to the Pacific Ocean beach of Olympic National Park, Washington, by way of— "(A) Flathead National Forest and Kootenai National Forest in the State of Montana; "(B) Kaniksu National Forest in the State of Idaho; and "(C) Colville National Forest, Okanogan National Forest, Pasayten Wilderness Area, Ross Lake National Recreation Area, North Cascades National Park, Mount Baker, the Skagit River, Deception Pass, Whidbey Island, Olympic National Forest, and Olympic National Park in the State of Washington." Approved October 17, 1976.
