For the relief of Manuel Bonotan.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the adminis- Manuel Bonotan. tration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Manuel Bonotan may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by Paulino 8 USC 1101. and Querina Bonotan, a citizen of the United States and a lawfully resident alien, respectively, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Pro- 8 USC 1154. vided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
