Private Law 94-89 94th Congress An Act For the relief of Eugene Homsy Phillips.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That for the purposes of section 203(a)(1) and 204 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Eugene Homsy Phillips shall be held and considered to be the natural-born son of John W. Phillips, Junior, and Olga Cowart Phillips, citizens of the United States: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such parentage, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.

Private Law 94-90 94th Congress An Act For the relief of Mrs. Kazuko Scillion.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mrs. Kazuko Scillion, the widow of a citizen of the United States, shall be held and considered to be within the purview of section 201(b) of that Act and the provisions of section 204 of such Act shall not be applicable in this case.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the admin- Ok Ja Choi, istration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Ok J a Choi may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b)(1) {Y) of the Act, upon approval of a petition filed in her behalf by Mr. and 8 USC 1101. Mrs. Robert Ochs, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of the Act. Section 204(c) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, relating to the number of petitions which may be approved, shall 8 USC 1154. be inapplicable in this case. The natural parents or brothers or sisters of Ok J a Choi shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
