SEC. 2. (a) The Attorney General of the United States shall make a biennial report to Congress, for the duration of the Interstate Compact to Conserve Oil and Gas as to whether or not the activities of the Interstate Oil Compact Commission and of the States under the provisions of such compact have been consistent veith the purposes as set out in Article V of such compact. (b) The Attorney General shall also review the activities of any advisory committees to the Commission and the States, and not later than June 30, 1978, report to Congress as to whether the activities of any such advisory committees could tend to create or maintain situations inconsistent with the antitrust laws of the United States. SEC. 3. The right to alter, amend, or repeal the provisions of the first section of this joint resolution is hereby expressly reserved. Approved October 14, 1976.
