PUBLIC LAW 95-000—MMMM. DD, 1978

PUBLIC LAW 95-463—OCT. 14, 1978 SEC. 3. In honor of the important role played by inventors in prometing progress in the useful arts and in recognition of the invaluable contribution of inventors to the welfare of our people, February 11, 1979, is hereby designated "National Inventors' Day". The President is authorized and requested to issue a proclamation calling upon the people of the United States to celebrate such day with appropriate ceremonies and activities. ...,..„„., Approved October 14, 1978.
