PUBLIC LAW 95-331—AUG. 2, 1978 SEC. 8. (a) Section 301(b)(2) of the Peace Corps Act (22 U.S.C. 2501a (b)(2)) is amended by striking out "$350,000 may be used in any fiscal year" and inserting in lieu thereof "2 per centum of the amount appropriated to the Peace Corps for a fiscal year may be used in such fiscal year.". (b) The amendment made by subsection (a) shall taske effect on October 1, 1978.
