To repeal chapter 27 of title 44, United States Code.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal Kecords Council is hereby abolished. SEC. 2. (a) Chapter 27 of title 44, United States Code, is repealed. (b) The table of chapters of title 44, United States Code, is amended by striking out the item pertaining to chapter 27. , «« 1.^-,o Approved September 22, 1978.
