TO amend section 8 of the Export-Import Bank Act of 1945.
Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 8 of the ExportImport Bank Act of 1945 is amended by striking out "September 30" and inserting in lieu thereof "December 31".
