PUBLIC LAW 95-568—NOV. 2, 1978 (C) Section 222(a)(4) of the Act, as so redesignated by section 6 (a)(2), is amended— (i) by striking out "he" each place it appears therein and inserting in lieu thereof "the Director"; and (ii) by striking out "his adjusted family income" and inserting in lieu thereof "the adjusted family income of such applicant".
