PUBLIC LAW 95-598—NOV. 6, 1978 SEC. 411. Section 40a of the Bankruptcy Act (11 U.S.C. 68(a)) is amended by striking out "$37,800" and inserting "$50,000" in lieu thereof, and by striking out "$18,900" and inserting "$25,000" in lieu thereof. Approved November 6, 1978.
