PUBLIC LAW 95-476—OCT. 18, 1978 (b) Section 902 is amended— (1) by striking out "in his discretion" in subsection (a) and inserting in lieu thereof "in the Adminstrator's discretion"; (2) by striking out "as he prescribes" in subsection (a) and inserting in lieu thereof "as the Administrator prescribes"; and (3) by striking out "his death" in subsection (b) and inserting in lieu thereof "the death of such veteran". SEC. 205. (a) Except as provided in subsection (b), the amendments made by this title shall take effect on the date of the enactment of this Act. (b) The amendment made by section 202(a) of this title shall take effect on October 1, 1978. Approved October 18, 1978.
