Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act. Approved October 31, 1978

Private Law 95- •147 95th Congress An Act For the relief of Rogelio M. Encomienda.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Eogelio M. Encomienda may be classified as a child within the meaning of section 101(b) (1)(F) of such Act, upon approval of a petition filed in his behalf by his adoptive parents, Mr. and Mrs. Renato P. Encomienda, citizens of the United States, pursuant to section 204 of such Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary of this Act shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Immigration and Nationality Act.
