PUBLIC LAW 95-610—NOV. 8, 1978 (b) The table of sections at the beginning of chapter 49 of title 10, United States Code, is amended by adding at the end thereof the following new item: "975. Membership in military unions, organizing of military unions, and recognition of military unions prohibited.".
