PUBLIC LAW 95-627—NOV. 10, 1978 Secretary may make the necessary changes in the income poverty guidelines for the special supplemental food program under section 17 of the Child Nutrition Act of 1966 not earlier than October 1, 1978, and not later than July 1, 1979. Approved November 10, 1978.
