Dec. 29, 1979 [H.R. 1619]

For the relief of Rolando R. Gaza, Teresita C. Gaza, and Rol3Tine Therese Gaza.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Rolando R. Gaza, United States of America in Congress assembled, That, for the Teresita C. Gaza, purposes of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Rolando R. Gaza, and Rolynne Teresita C. Gaza, and Rolynne Therese Gaza shall be held and Therese Gaza. considered to have been lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence as of the date of the enactment of this Act, upon payment of the required visa fees. Upon the granting of permanent residence to such aliens as provided for in this Act, the Secretary of State shall instruct the proper officer to deduct the required numbers from the total number of immigrant visas and conditional entries which are made available to natives of the country of each alien's birth under section 203(a) of the Immigration and Nationality Act 8 USC 1153. and, if applicable, from the total number of such visas and entries which are made available to such natives under section 202(e) of such 8 USC 1152. Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That, in the administration of the Immigration and Nationality Act, Mariana de Jesus Roca and Francisco Rubira Roca may be classified as children within the meaning of section 1010)X1)(F) of the Act, upon approval of a etition filed in their behalf by Raul Roca, a citizen of the United tates, pursuant to section 204 of the Act: Provided, That the natural parents or brothers or sisters of the beneficiary shall not, by virtue of such relationship, be accorded any right, privilege, or status under the Lnmigration and Nationality Act.
