AN ACT Granting the consent of Congress to the compact between the States of New York and New Jersey providing for the coordination, facilitation, promotion, preservation, and protection of trade and commerce in and through the Port of New York District through the financing and effectuation of industrial development projects Department of Energy National Security and Military Applications of Nuclear Energy Authorization Act of 1980.
