Section 4 of the Career Education Incentive Act is amended— (1) by striking out "(a) Subject to the provisions of subsections (b) and (c), there" and inserting in lieu thereof "There", and (2) by repealing subsections (b) and (c). SEC. 7. Section 453(c) of the Indian Education Act is amended— (1) by striking out "In establishing" and inserting in lieu thereof "On the form establishing"; and (2) by adding at the end thereof the following new sentence: "Nothing in the requirements of paragraphs (1) through (5) of this subsection shall be construed as changing or restricting the applicable eligibility definition set forth in subsection (a) of this section.". SEC. 8. The amendments made by this Act shall take effect October 1, 1978. Approved August 6, 1979.
