(2) Section 491(b) of the Act is amended by adding at the end thereof 20 USC 1088 the following new paragraph: "(4) For the purposes of this subsection, the term 'postsecondary "Postsecondary vocational institution' means a school (A) which provides not less vocational than a six-month program of training to prepare students for gainful institution." employment in a recognized occupation, (B) which meets the requirements of clauses (1), (2), and (4) of section 1201(a), (C) which is 20 USC ii42a. accredited by a nationally recognized accrediting agency or association approved by the Commissioner for this purpose, and (D) which has been in existence for at least two years. For the purpose of this paragraph, the Commissioner shall publish a list of nationally recognized accrediting agencies or associations which he determines to be reliable authorities to the quality of training offered.". SEC. 6. (a) Section 511(b) of the Act is amended by inserting before 20 USC 1101. the period a comma and the following: "and for the succeeding fiscal year".
