SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses for the Securities and Exchange Commission, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, and not to exceed $2,000 for official reception and representation expenses, $68,986,000. SELECT COMMISSION ON IMMIGRATION AND REFUGEE POLICY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses, not otherwise provided for, necessary for the admin8 USC 1151 note, istration of the provisions of Public Law 95-412 which establishes a Select Commission on Immigration and Refugee Policy, $1,600,000, to remain available until expended. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION SALARIES AND EXPENSES (INCLUDING TRANSFER OF FUNDS)

For necessary expenses, not otherwise provided for, of the Small Business Administration, including purchase of one motor vehicle for replacement only, and hire of passenger motor vehicles, and not to exceed $1,500 for official reception and representation expenses, $182,300,000, and in addition $11,650,000 for disaster loan making activities shall be transferred to this appropriation from the "Disaster Loan Fund" and $5,000,000 for disaster loan servicing, as compensation for 275 temporary or permanent full time employees, shall be transferred to this appropriation from such "Disaster Loan Fund". The Small Business Administration is hereby authorized to make such expenditures, within the limits of funds and borrowing authority available to its revolving funds, and in accord with the law, and to make such contracts and commitments without regard to fiscal year limitations as provided by section 104 of the Government Corporation Control Act, as amended, as may be necessary in carrying out the programs set forth in the budget for the current fiscal year for the "Disaster loan fund", the "Business loan and investment fund", the "Lease guarantees revolving fund", the "Pollution control equipment contract guarantees revolving fund" and the "Surety bond guarantees revolving fund".
