OFFICE OF FEDERAL PROCUREMENT POLICY SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses of the Office of Federal Procurement Policy, including services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $3,000,000: Provided, That there shall be transferred from the Department of Defense to the Office of Federal Procurement Policy the functions performed by the Federal Acquisition Institute, including personnel. UNANTICIPATED NEEDS

For expenses necessary to enable the President to meet unanticipated needs, in furtherance of the national interest, security, or defense which may arise at home or abroad during the current fiscal year, and to pay administrative expenses (including personnel, in his discretion and without regard to any provision of law regulating employment and pay of persons in the government service or regulating expenditures of government funds) incurred with respect thereto, $1,000,000. This title may be cited as the "Executive Office Appropriations Act, 1980". TITLE IV INDEPENDENT AGENCIES

ADMINISTRATIVE CONFERENCE OF THE UNITED STATES SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Administrative Conference of the United States, established by the Administrative Conference Act, as amended (5 U.S.C. 571 et seq.), $1,079,000. ADVISORY COMMISSION ON INTERGOVERNMENTAL RELATIONS SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary to carry out the provisions of the Act of September 24, 1959, as amended (73 Stat. 703-706), $1,654,000. ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON FEDERAL PAY SALARIES A N D EXPENSES

For necessary expenses of the Advisory Committee on Federal Pay, established by 5 U.S.C. 5306, $232,000. COMMITTEE FOR PURCHASE FROM THE B U N D AND OTHER SEVERELY HANDICAPPED SALARIES AND EXPENSES

For expenses necessary for the Committee for Purchase From the Blind and Other Severely Handicapped established by the Act of June 23, 1971, Public Law 92-28, including hire of passenger motor 4i use 46. vehicles, $481,000.
