Health Planning and Resources Development Amendments of 1979. 42 USC 201 note.

To amend titles XV and XVI of the Public Health Service Act to revise and extend the authorities and requirements under those titles for health planning and health resources development, and for other purposes.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SHORT TITLE; R E F E R E N C E S TO P U B L I C H E A L T H SERVICE ACT; A N D T A B L E OF C O N T E N T S

1. (a) This Act may be cited as the "Health Planning and Resources Development Amendments of 1979". (b) Whenever in this Act (other than in subsections (j) and (k) of Posf, pp. 607,629. section 115 and in section 128) an amendment or repeal is expressed in terms of an amendment to, or repeal of, a section or other provision, the reference shall be considered to be made to a section or 42 USC 201 note, other provision of the Public Health Service Act.
