,j.Q amend title 28 of the United States Code to allow the United States attorney and assistant United States attorneys for the Eastern District of New York to reside within twenty miles of the district.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That section 545(a) °f *i^^® 2^' United States Code, is amended by striking out "Columbia ^^d the Southem District of New York" and inserting in lieu thereof "Columbia, the Southem District of New York, and the Eastern District of New York". Approved October 25, 1979.
