ADMINISTRATIVE PROVISIONS

Appropriations contained in this Act for the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall be available for hire of motor vehicles, services as authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, and expenses of attendance of cooperating officials and individuals at meetings concerned with the work of emergency preparedness. Appropriations contained in this Act for the Federal Emergency Management Agency shall be available for the provision of transportation in connection with the continuity of government program to the same extent and in the same manner as permitted the Secretary of a Military Department under 10 U.S.C. 2632. GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION CONSUMER INFORMATION CENTER

For necessary expenses of the Consumer Information Center, including services authorized by 5 U.S.C. 3109, $1,315,000: Provided, That this appropriation shall be available hereafter, subject to reimbursement by user agencies, for payment to the Government Printing Office for distribution of free consumer information.
