PUBLIC LAW 96-319—AUG. 1, 1980 SEC. 3. The Gila River Indian Community may utilize portions of the principal funds referred to in section 2 of this Act in connection with programs proposed by the Gila River tribal governing body on a budgetary basis which has been approved by the Secretary of the Interior. Approved August 1, 1980.
