PUBLIC LAW 96-338—SEPT. 4, 1980

Forest Service lands located east of section 16. Such right-of-way shall be located and used in such manner as the Secretary of Agriculture determines to be appropriate. SEC. 4, The Secretary of the Interior shall promptly cause to be published in the Federal Register a description of the lands transferred pursuant to this Act and a description of the boundaries of the Tule River Indian Reservation, as modified by the transfer made pursuant to this Act. Approved September 4, 1980.
