SEC. 5. For the purpose of section 6 (renumbered section 7 by the Act of July 11, 1972,86 Stat. 459) of the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (78 Stat. 903, as amended; 16 U.S.C. 4601-9) the 16 USC 460Z-9. boundary of the White River National Forest, as modified by section 1 of this Act, shall be treated as if it were the boundary of that forest on January 1, 1965. SEC. 6. The provisions of this Act shall take effect on the date of Effective date. enactment of this Act. Approved September 12, 1980.
