(k) Subsection (f) of section 4003 is amended by striking out "Any" and inserting in lieu thereof "Except as provided in section 4301(a)(2), any". (1) Section 4002(b)(3) is amended by inserting "and such other bylaws, rules, and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of this title" after "Act". SEC. 404. CLERICAL AMENDMENTS.
