An Act To authorize appropriations for the Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act of 1964 for fiscal years 1981, 1982, and 1983.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Repre^ntaHves of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 4 of the Commercial Commercial Fisheries Research and Development Act of 1964 (16 Fisheries and Research U.S.C. 779b) is amended— Development (1) by amending subsection (a) by striking out "and September Act of 1964, 30, 1980." in paragraph (2) and inserting in lieu thereof ", amendments. September 30, 1980, September 30, 1981, September 30, 1982, and September 30, 1983."; (2) by amending subsection (b)— (A) by striking out "and" at the end of paragraph (1), (B) by inserting ", and" immediately after ^1980" in paragraph (2), and (C) by adding immediately after paragraph (2) the following new pars^raph: "(3) $5,000,000foreach of thefiscalyears ending September 30, 1981, September 30, 1982, and September 30, 1983^; and (3) ^ amending paragraph (2) of subsection (c) by striking out "and September 30, 1980." and inserting in lieu liiereof "September 30, 1980, September 30, 1981, September 30, 1982, and September 30, 1983.".
