PUBLIC LAW 96-304—JULY 8, 1980 The total available funding (including funds committed or conditionally committed under authority of Public Law 96-126) shall be apportioned so as to provide $17,522,000,000 for purposes of title I, of which $6,000,000,000 shall be immediately available, $6,212,000,000 shall be available for obligation after June 30, 1982, and up to $5,310,000,000 shall be derived by transfer as provided above; and to provide $1,270,000,000 for purposes of title II, to be immediately available and to be apportioned as follows: (i) not to exceed $525,000,000 to the Secretary of Agriculture for the purposos of subtitle A; (ii) not to exceed $525,000,000 to the Secretary of Energy for the purpose of subtitle A: Provided, That no funds shall be available to the Secretary of Energy for projects as defined by section 212(a)(l)(A) of S. 932; and (iii) not to exceed $220,000,000 to the Secretary of Energy for purpososof Subtitle B.
