SEC. 304. The Secretary through the International Trade Adminis- Central tration, shall, only to such extent and in such amounts as are c^gariSghouge provided in appropriation Acts on and after October 1, 1980, maintain 15 USC 649d. a central clearinghouse to provide for the collection, dissemination, and exchange of information between programs established pursuant to sections 301 and 302 of this title, the Office of International Trade of the Small Business Administration, and other interested concerns.".
