To name a certain Federal building in Houston, Texas, the Bob Casey Federal Bmlding—U.S. Clourthouse.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the Federal building located at 515 Rusk Avenue, in Houston, Texas, shall hereinafter be known as, and is hereby designated as, the "Bob Casey Federal Building—U.S. Courthouse. Any reference in any law, regulation, document, record, map, or other paper of the United States to such a building shall be considered to be a reference to the Bob Casey Federal Building—U.S. Courthouse. Approved October 7, 1980.
