Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the National Lupus United States of America in Congress assembled. That the President is ^^^- ^. hereby authorized and requested to issue a proclamation designating SSSi?£n the week of October 19 through 25, 1980, as "National Lupus Week^ and inviting the Governors of the several States, the chief officials of local governments, and the people of the United States to observe such week with appropriate ceremonies and activities. Approved October 10, 1980.
