SEC. 126. Notwithstanding any other provision of this joint resolution, the activities of the Solar Energy and Energy Conservation Bank shall be funded at a rate not to exceed the annual rate provided for in H.R. 7681 as passed by the Senate. ^os^' P ^044. Approved October 1, 1980.
