OTHER CONFORMING AMENDMENTS.—(a)(1) Section 3(b) of the Asian Development Bank Act (22 U.S.C. 285a(b)) is amended by striking out "a Chief of Mission, class 2, within the meaning of the Foreign Service Act of 1946, as amended" and inserting in lieu thereof "a chief of mission under the Foreign Service Act of 1980". (2) The United Nations Participation Act of 1945 is amended— (A) in section 2(g) (22 U.S.C. 287(g)) by striking out "sections 411 and 412 of the Foreign Service Act of 1946 (Public Law 724, Seventy-ninth Congress) for chiefs of mission" and inserting in lieu thereof "sections 401,402, and 403 of the Foreign Service Act of 1980 for chiefs of mission, members of the Senior Foreign Service,"; and
