Attorney fees.

PUBLIC LAW 97-142—DEC. 29, 1981

SEC. 3. The Secretary of the Interior, upon payment by the Secretary of the Army of the amount authorized by section 1 of this Act, is authorized to disburse such payment to the Osage Tribe of Indians in accordance with apphcable law. SEC. 4. Funds paid to the Osage Tribe of Indians under the provisions of this Act shall not be subject to the payment of attorney fees. Approved December 29, 1981.
