Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That (a)(1) subsec- Commission on tion (b) of section 3 of the Commission on Wartime Relocation and Wartime Internment of Civilians Act is amended by striking out "seven" and fnternment^of inserting in lieu thereof "nine. Civilians, (2) Clause (2) of such subsection is amended by striking out "Two" membership and inserting in lieu thereof "Three".
