Defense Production Act extension 94 Stat. 633.
TQ extend by one year the expiration date of the Defense Production Act of 1950.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, That the first sentence of section 717(a) of the Defense Production Act of 1950 (50 U.S.C. App. 2166(a)) Is amended by striking out "September 30, 1981" ^J^d inserting in lieu thereof "September 30, 1982". GOLD COMMISSION EXTENSION

SEC. 2. Section 10(b) of Public Law 96-389 (31 U.S.C. 822a note) is amended by striking out "one year after the date of enactment of this Act" and inserting in lieu thereof "March 31, 1982". Approved September 30, 1981.
