Resolved by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United Public debt limit. States of America in Congress assembled, That during the period hfS?^ beginning on October 1, 1981, and ending on September 30, 1982, the 31 USC 757b public debt limit set forth in the first sentence of section 21 of the note. Second Liberty Bond Act (31 U.S.C. 757b) shall be temporarily increased by $679,800,000,000. Approved September 30, 1981.
