Copyright law, amendment.

ip^ amend the manufacturing clause of the copyright law.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled. That section 601(a) ^f chapter 6 of title 17 of the United States Code is amended by striking out "1982" and inserting in lieu thereof "1986". WILLIAM H. NATCHER
